Prelude is responsible for all of your IT infrastructure and support.  We manage all hardware, software, vendors, networks, and phones.  You do not need any in-house staff or server hardware with this option.

Software Hosting

Prelude can also be responsible for your business software that we are able to support on our hardware. You would be responsible for just the hardware and software located at your facility.

Software Development

Prelude has developed a number of custom software applications.  These can be tailored to meet your needs or we can build a new custom application that you need.  Prelude holds a number of software development certifications with Microsoft.

Communications

Prelude provides phone service to facility staff and residents.  We can offer phone service through our network and enable you to provide a variety of phone services and options to your residents. Prelude also has the expertise to design, install, and manage data and wireless networks.

Consulting

Prelude also offers IT planning and assessment services.  With our vast industry expertise in IT, Prelude is able to address infrastructure and support requirements, and strategic initiatives.
