Responsible for implementing, supporting, documenting and upgrading applications for our clients. Understands client business processes as they relate to applications. Handles application related projects and supports application tasks during facility upgrades. Works directly with vendors, clients and internal staff.
Requirements include:
2+ years implementing, updating, and maintaining custom and third-party applications
2+ years experience with HTML and other web technologies
Solid PC troubleshooting skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies is a must Experience with .NET technologies is a definite plus.
Application Developers
Responsible for designing, developing and deploying web-enabled and Windows software with moderate/high level of complexity for our clients. Uses leading edge development tools to produce innovative solutions that address the needs of a rapidly growing market.
Requirements include:
Experience with current .NET development technologies
SQL, Access, and large-scale database (SQL Server and/or Sybase) development experience
Demonstrated proficiency in web-based development
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
B.A./B.S. degree preferred or 4+ years programming experience
Business Systems Analysts
Responsible for support and maintenance of critical business applications used by clients including Financial, Clinical and Payroll systems. Works closely with clients and vendors to fully understand client’s business needs in order to provide effective solutions.
Requirements include:
2+ years supporting, testing, upgrading and implementing healthcare and payroll applications
Solid PC skills
Strong customer service skills

Communication Analysts
Responsible for providing technical and design assistance by responding to requests submitted by the help desk and for providing on-site technical support and training.
Requirements include:
2 + years of experience in related technical field or degree in related field
Advanced knowledge of VoIP and PBX systems, voice/data wiring and network architectures
Must have Avaya/Cisco VoIP experience

Communication Technicians
Responsible for providing technical and design assistance by responding to requests submitted by the help desk and for providing on-site technical support and training.

Database Administrators
Responsible for installing, monitoring performance and auditing databases. Develops database strategies and back up procedures. Works directly with users of data and system developers.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in client/server environment
Experience with MS SQL 2000/2005; Sybase ASE 11.9;Windows Server 2000/2003

Database Analysts
Responsible for reviewing, evaluating, implementing and maintaining multidimensional databases while recommending process and performance improvements.
Requirements include:
3 + years experience/working knowledge designing, developing and implementing stored procedures.

Desktop Support Technicians
Responsible for trouble shooting, upgrading and new installation of computer hardware and peripherals. HP Printer Experience preferred; A+ Certification preferred. This position will require travel to client sites.

Experience with Windows 98/2000/XP workstations

Documentation Specialists
Responsible for creating and maintaining end user documentation for software, specification and design documentation, procedural manuals for IT and telecom systems and proposals. Responsible for all aspects of documentation, including planning, scheduling, information gathering, writing, verification and editing.
Requirements include:
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
BA/BS Degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or Journalism is preferred but not a requirement
2+ years of technical writing experience for both internal and end-user audiences
Expertise in using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and HTML based online help systems
Ability to plan and manage own work across multiple projects and quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Help Desk Support Analysts
Responsible for responding to and diagnosing problems through discussion with customers.
Requirements include:
1-2 years customer service experience, including 1 year of Help Desk experience
Excellent communication, telephone and documentation skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong problem management techniques
Strong typing skills
Patience and empathy for people with minimal computer skills
Basic understanding of computer networks

Training Specialists
Responsible for executing training services provided by the company including New User and Microsoft Office. Provides support for requests involving Office programs logged through Help Desk. This position requires some travel.
Requirements include:
Minimum of one year of experience in technical training
Strong customer service skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Effective written, oral and telephone communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
Assists in organizing and developing training materials, reference manuals and testing and evaluation procedures
