Human Resources Manager

Amber Bernot, Human Resources Manager, has over
10 years of experience in Human Resources. Since joining
Prelude in 2010, she has enjoyed working on behalf of clients,
supporting HR needs and finding enthusiastic, talented,
client-focused personnel to be part of the Prelude team.
One of her favorite things about her job is making Prelude a
wonderful place to work. "We hire team players who are not
only interested in advancing their careers, but motivated to do
their best work in supporting our clients."

Tim Hambright
Network Infrastructure Team Leader

Tim Hambright, Network Infrastructure Team
Leader, has made a career out of supporting large
networks. Since 1998, he has served Prelude in various capacities
including Email Administrator/Developer, Network Analyst and Senior
Network Analyst.
The Network Infrastructure Department is responsible for the
configuration, installation and monitoring of all infrastructure
equipment. Tim says, "I am inspired by my coworkers - who adapt to
the constant changes in technology and the many ways it affects our
clients."

Mark Kahley
Networking Team Leader

Mark Kahley, Networking Team Leader, has over
20 years' of IT experience. Upon joining Prelude in 2003, Mark
served as a Network Analyst. He quickly worked his way to his
current position, where he is responsible for all aspects of Server
and Data Center Operation, security, maintenance and monitoring -
both hardware and software.
It's a big job that Mark is completely qualified for. "I enjoy
taking on our clients' challenges and finding technological
solutions, large and small."

Jan Parker

Jan Parker, Manager of Administration and
Training, joined Prelude in 2001. She has been involved
with oversight of the Business Office, Purchasing, Help Desk,
Training and Administration.
Her background includes the US Air Force, managing fitness clubs
and teaching group exercise classes. "At Prelude I can utilize my
experience while learning something new every day."

Toby Ring, Manager of Client Relations, is
responsible for Project and Account Management. With nearly two
decades' experience in healthcare technology, Toby's skill set
includes software implementation, IT infrastructure and software
development.
Toby's involvement with various healthcare organizations makes
him a natural fit at Prelude. He says, "I am passionate about
collaborating with clients to identify and implement technology
solutions that support quality care for the elderly."

Mike Shuman, Help Desk Team Leader, has over 25
years of customer service within the IT industry. He joined
Prelude's Help Desk in 2000, and has spent the past few years
serving customers with his friendly and professional front line
support and incident tracking.
Mike believes that "each call should always be treated as the
most important call that day".

Matt Sprenger, Manager of Information
Technology, has spent the past 25 years working IT for
both the healthcare industry and the federal government. At
Prelude, he's served in several capacities: Senior Desktop
Technician, Network Administrator, Team Manager, and Security
Officer.
Matt's can-do attitude is contagious. "If you're still
breathing, you can keep going. I always put forth the extra effort
to reach personal goals as well as customer expectations and
satisfaction."

Kevin Stage, Software Development Manager,
joined Prelude in 2009. With a background in consulting, Kevin has
a strong appreciation for software that improves the efficiency of
the organization it serves.
He explains, "It is very rewarding to write software that works
well and to witness its ability to improve a business through data
driven decision making, wowed customers, and satisfied employees.
It is my job to partner with our clients and supply tools to make a
profound difference."

Dennis Stufft, President and CEO, was
approached to join Prelude Services in its first year - 1998. With
a background ranging from consulting for healthcare and accounting
firms to managing IT for a national financial services company, he
came well prepared for his current position.
Dennis believes "Starting Prelude was an opportunity of a
lifetime where I could apply my professional experience to build a
services-oriented company focused on partnerships with our clients
who are focused on their mission to serve their clients."

Tina Tamosaitis, Telecommunications Team
Leader, has spent the last two decades planning,
designing, installing and supporting Cisco VolP, Avaya, and Nortel
products. She's served a number of industries, including insurance,
industrial/manufacturing and senior living and care.
Joining Prelude in 2000 as a Communications Analyst, she has
progressed to Telecommunications Team Leader. "What I love is
taking what seems to be a complicated problem for a client, and
turn it into a workable telecommunications solution."

began his career - over three decades ago - as a field technician
for a global computer manufacturer. Since then, he's worked in many
segments of technology - from repair and sales to IT management of

management, and technical support positions, Marcy currently works

the positive feedback received from users who are no longer afraid
to ask questions or press buttons. I love to help people understand

Deanna Wimmer, Application Support Team Leader,
With a background in Account Management, Deanna brings a decade of
experience to Prelude's team, with a special focus in third-party
software support. Since her arrival in 2008, she's leveraged her
experience in hardware, networking, project management and
applications to her current position.
Deanna's passion for her work is evident, "I am inspired on a
daily basis by my team and the dedication I see to our clients and
to each other. I'm very proud of my team!"

J.R Zeigler
Desktop Support Team Leader

J. R Zeigler, Desktop Support Team Leader,
began his IT career as a break/fix technician for PC's and
printers. He has handled many other IT support roles for two
national companies before joining Prelude in 2004. Currently, he
coordinates the efforts of Desktop Technicians and Remote Support
Staff to maintain some 4000 systems.
J.R likes to ask technicians, "What's the strangest tool in your
bag? I carry a bonsai multi-tool…With it, I can fix broken printer
parts, open a laptop case, splice cabling and tend to your office
plants all in the same visit!"
